The Ambassador of Germany visits Rannís

The new Ambassador of Germany in Iceland visited Rannís on 8 February with guests, with the aim to discuss cooperation in the field of education.

The Ambassador of Germany in Iceland, H.E. Clarissa Duvigneau, visited Rannís in 8 February 2024 together with Friedrike Krause DAAD lecturer, Oddný Sverrisdóttir professor of German at the University of Iceland, as well as Sabine Friðfinnsson Cultural and Press Officer of the German Embassy. 

The guests learned about Rannís in general as well as the operations of the Erasmus+ National Agency. The aim of the visit was to discuss cooperation in the field of education and how we can work together towards increased cooperation and exchanges between Iceland and Germany and how to promote opportunities and support for Icelandic students in Germany.
