Skúli Leifsson

Skúli is senior adviser in the Education and Culture Division and is part of the national funds team and some of the Erasmus+ support networks. 

He manages the national funds in the field of education that Rannis operates: 

• Cooperation Committee on Continuing Education of Upper Secondary School Teachers,
• Development fund for teaching material,
• Education Leave Fund for Upper Secondary School Teachers and Principals, 
• Grants for Work placements,
• Innovation Fund for Schools 
• Support to teaching Icelandic to foreigners. 

Skúli is the main contact for the EU's National Agenda for Adult Learning and also the national contact point for the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). Skúli is responsioble for Europass and the junior part of the Nordplus programme.
