The event Green Grants, organised by; Grænvangur, Rannis, Festa, National Energy Authority and the Ministry of Evironment, Energy and Climate was held on March 23.
On 23 March there was an event to present available grants in the field of environment, climate, and energy. About 120 participants were present at Grand hotel and 355 people in addition watched a live stream. Guðlaugur Þór Þórðarson, Minister for the Environment, Energy and Climate opened the event.
Then there were short presentations of the main funds and granting opportunities available to Icelanders and in between those presentations, beneficiaries of green grants shared their experiences. After the presentations there was a networking event where participants booked short meetings to get to know each other, learn and explore possible future collaboration.
