An annual report must be submitted describing the progress of the project during the previous year. The annual report shall give an account of all important changes in the project and confirm that the research plan has been complied with. Furthermore, a cost estimate for the following grant year shall be submitted. The final payment of the reporting year (20%) is made after the approval of the report.
Deadline for annual reports is February 1st each year.
A budget overview form, along with a transaction balance on expenses and finances shall accompany the report (transaction balance is not needed for doctoral students).
Upon the conclusion of a project the Project Leader shall submit a final report explaining the work undertaken in the project, its final results and conclusions. The final payment will be made when the report has been approved.
