Final & Annual Reports

ANNUAL REPORTS  

By February 1 each year, an annual report shall be submitted describing the progress of the project during the previous year. A transaction balance on expenses and finances shall accompany the report, along with a detailed budget overview form (see below). The annual report shall give an account of all important changes in the project and confirm that the research plan has been complied with. Furthermore, a cost estimate for the following grant year shall be submitted.

FINAL REPORTS

Upon the conclusion of a project the PI shall submit a final report explaining the work undertaken in the project, its final results and conclusions. A transaction balance on expenses and finances shall accompany the report, along with a detailed budget overview form (see below). The deadline for the final report is February 15, that is, over a year after the last grant year. The final payment shall be made when the report has been approved.
